The announcement

Pragmatic Play announced Bet Behind Pro Blackjack, a game in which seven bots occupy the table and use basic strategy against a live host. Human participants bet behind their chosen bots rather than making each playing decision themselves.

In context

The company described support for a potentially unlimited audience and features including statistics and automated decisions. The central distinction is control: the bot makes the hand decisions. Automation does not remove the chance of losing a wager.
